TAHIRA'S POV

It's been five days since I saw Aiden in this house and I would lie to myself if I said I'm fine.

Ionna was worried, her mum was getting worse which wasn't my business and Ian had been acting strange and super caring.

My body was getting weaker and I couldn't even walk for a long distance on my own. I was crumbling every day and Beatrice never failed to slam it in my face.

I knew there was nothing I could do and I was worried as hell, thinking I might push Aiden too hard to do the formidable.

I miss him. Irrespective of how mad I am with him, he cares a lot. He would have still made sure I ate, slept, and made me feel better.

Ian won't spare me a glance if I ask him about Aiden and I was beginning to get pissed at my soft and weak nature.

I managed to get up from where I was sitting and went toward the guard's den but Lex was right on time to stop me from leaving the house.
