Cole’s POV
I pace the floor. Stella is gone now and so is my wolf. He is angry with me for sending her away. This was something I had to do. I cannot have a mate. I have not slept since she left about a week ago. I need a drink. I pick up my phone and dial Devin. “Hey man we are going out I’ll be there in ten,” I tell him. Things have been weird between Devin and I since Stella came storming into my life. It was hard for me to get past the fact that they had feelings for one another. No matter what though Devin is my Beta and best friend and he stands by me no matter what. Right now, I need him.
We head into town. We share the town with another pack called Red River. The town has shopping, restaurants and bars. We head to our favorite bar called The Hound. Stella’s POV When I wake up, I am no longer in my room in the guesthouse. I am dressed in a long t-shirt and I am in a huge bed. I look around and see that my suitcases are on the floor by the door. Cole’s POV I wake up with Stella in my arms. Her head is laying on my chest. It was a hard night and she was restless. I want to let her sleep a little longer. The next two weeks is amazing. Everything is quiet and there have been no witch problems, which I am so thankful for. Cole and I have had so much sex that I do not know how it is humanly possible that I am still walking straight. Every time with him is amazing. Devin's POV“Thomas let’s go! We need to be at the training center when Luna Stella gets there.” I yell for my brother. “Okay we are coming!” Thomas says grabbing Hannah’s hand.
