Chapter 23 The Wave of Autumn
Sonya was enjoying her morning coffee on the terrace when she saw Clayton’s car parked outside the front gate. She only took a glimpse at Mr. Jackson who hurriedly ran to the gate and opened it for Clayton.
She saw Clayton entering the front yard and she just glanced at him a tad. She returned to the book and kept reading the book keenly as the book she was intertwined by the unity of interest in a sophisticated individual realm.
She sipped her coffee and heard Clayton’s thudding steps were stopped in front of her. She let one of her legs wrap around the other leg.
“Morning Sonya!” Clayton beamed at her and greeted gently.
Sonya stopped sipping her coffee but she didn’t take any look at him. She sniffed and lifted her eyebrows.
