"Wifey, what's up?" He said off the bat.

I laughed "not wifey already," I said in the laughter,

"You are going to be my wife soon. It is official. Ask the ring on your finger." He said.

I laughed again "Seems like what you went for went well as you are in a good mood again." I said.

"Yup. Shawn isn't holding grudges so I guess we are in the clear with him. I'm shaa still upset at Kola. I will tell you why when I return. I'm coming home like right now," he said.

"Okay, be safe o. I'm waiting for you my lovely husband." I said.

"Mmm oh baby. That sounded so hot." He said. His tone made me clench down there.

"Hurry up then." I said.

"Okay honey. I'll be there soon." He said.

The line went dead.

"Knowing Lagos and it's traffic I'm not expecting him now. Let me watch Netflix or something." I muttered to myself and switched on the television.

I stayed in bed eating the chocolate wafers i found in the fridge while fighting sleep with all my might but it got the best of me
