I was woken up at 7:00 a.m. and told that it was time to start getting ready for the Luna ceremony that happens tonight. It took me about ten minutes to get out of my bed and get into the shower and get fresh for the day and evening. Breakfast was brought up to my room on a tray. The tray was filled with bacon, eggs, pancakes, coffee, and orange juice. I didn't realize how hungry I was until I smelled the food that had been brought to me. My mom made pancakes, bacon and eggs this morning for breakfast. I got up just a little late, took a shower and made my way down the stairs. I could hear my parents discussing something in a very low tone. I couldn't quite make out their words. I went to the table and sat at the table to the left of my father. He grabbed my hand and gave it a little squeeze. We waited in silence until my mom brought the food to the table. I immediately started loading up my plate with pancakes, bacon and eggs. As a werewolf we normally eat more than humans but it didn't seem to make me get fat. I guess that's because we use more energy. We were living amongst a few other families that are not a part of a pack. My parents explained explicitly that the reason we all lived away from packs was because by pack law if a female that has turned eighteen and gotten her wolf can be made to be given to any male pack members for what ever they choose fit. My mom was in the kitchen getting things prepared for dinner while dad was making his way out to the backyard to get the grill ready for cooking. I sat at the table and asked my mom if there was anything that she would like me to do to help with getting dinner ready. She handed me a bowl full of green beans that needed to be snapped before they could be cooked for dinner. My mom had already made potato salad, biscuits, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and had even started making desserts. She told me that I could make brownies and possibly make up some cookies if I would like to. So I had April help me get the rest of the desserts ready. The next morning I woke up to the smell of eggs, bacon, french toast, and blueberry muffins. I took my shower and hurried to get dressed. I ran down the stairs for the wonderful breakfast that I could smell and couldn't wait to eat. I filled up my plate with my breakfast and sat down at the table and started shoveling my breakfast into my mouth. Someone was knocking at the door and just for a little while this morning I totally forgot about the group going out on the Scouting today. My mom made enough food for everyone that was going with them today. A knot ended up being stuck in my stomach the rest of the morning. The following morning, we were offered to train with their warriors and trainees. We went to training and watched for a while. After watching their moves for a while we decided to join in with their training except for Malcolm. Alpha Zack asked Malcolm to spar with him. Once they started training, everyone else stopped training and just watched the two sparring with each other. Malcolm held his own, even though he was holding back, against the alpha which I did not think was possible. When they got done sparring Alpha Zack and Malcolm walked away in a deep discussion. "Well, I signed an agreement that I would never try to take over his pack as my own. He does know that I have alpha blood and doesn't hold that against me. This pack has shown nothing but kindness and caring for us and the families and people that we will be bringing here. Alexis did not leave a room for three days. The only time she talk to anyone or even ate was when her best friend April came up to her room with food during meal times. One night she felt too cooped up and decided to go for a run. She let Shakira come forward in all her beautiful white Grace and ran until she couldn't run any further. Last night after the barbecue everyone left for the Mountain of the Moon pack. The only people that stayed behind with me was April, her mom, Emile, and her dad Raphael. I decided to take a little longer at home before taking off and moving. I really miss my parents and remember all the good times. My mom and I used to always garden together. I went out in the backyard and started gardening like my mom and I always used to do. We always have herbs planted, fruits, vegetables, and flowers out front.
