Emily's POV

I recalled the night I sneaked out of the city, Valerie had gotten the news that Ethan had blocked the exit points of the city to stop me from leaving. You would have to be checked thoroughly before you can be allowed to leave.

I felt heartbroken hearing this, this was the only chance I had to leave and he was cruel enough to stop me? "I Know of someone who can create a fake identity for you. What change of name would you like" Valerie asked

" Jane Swan, Occupation; Obstetrician" I replied.

"Dr. Jane, that's Savage," Valerie said, looking at me with a broad smile.

I chuckled. " I meant it when I said I wanted to leave," I said, smiling warmly. Now I had accepted his betrayal, I wasn't going to cry about it anymore. What was important to me was my child. I wasn't going to jeopardize his health for his father's crimes.

"You would have to change your looks, with the right make-up and a little hair cut, you would become a totally new person." Valerie said with a mischievous sm
