Maya POV

I took less than five minutes to get ready. I took a shower at an impossible speed, wore the clothes Gideon prepared for me.

I note fell down from within the clothes and I bend down to pick it.

" Good luck milady."

Smiling to myself, I kissed the note before sprinting away and making my way to the training ground.

I found the warriors already training. I approached Samantha who was now different from the jovial Samantha I Know about. She was looking like a badass from an action movie with those joggers and training wear.

" Twenty laps young Lady before you join in the training." Samantha ordered and I groaned inwardly, with a smile on my face.

Twenty laps in that enormous field? Was she trying to kill me? But I wasn't going to complain. I needed the challenge, needed something to stop me from overthinking things.
