chapter 25: zoned out

Henry had not made his true nature known to Nicole, he was not ready yet especially because he envisioned that she would see him as a different person. Moreover she was not going to find out, he thought to himself and so except she turned into a werewolf sometime in the future, Henry was not going to let her in on the secret.

It was only a matter of time before Nicole found out what had actually happened to her after the accident she encountered some months ago, although there was a criteria to revealing the wolf form within. Only an extreme emotion could trigger the werewolf revelation or a near death experience, that was for a wolf that had never manifested before.

Henry knew that this was inevitable, but he hoped that it never happened. It would only mean that he had withheld the truth from her all these while and that was not very good for a relationship.
