Desperate Bitch

[Amya’s POV]

Anger rolled through me as I continued to move, leaving Mykel on the ground. Good, the bastard could stay there forever for all I cared. Who was he to actually make light of my feelings, especially when they came from a bitch who clearly had a history with him?

Grumbling, I quickened my pace while sniffing the air for Pam’s familiar scent. When I managed to find it, I headed in the direction it came from until I found her sparring with Lucian. However, as soon as they spotted me, the fighting ended.

"Keep going!" I urged, perking up. "Don’t let me interrupt."

"Why are you here?" Pam asked curiously. "Especially without your ball and chain."

"Don’t mention him." I hissed, "Right now he doesn’t exist."

At my words, Pam’s face lit up, and a mischievous gleam formed in her eyes. Ignoring Lucian’s questioning gaze, she made her way towards me.

"Oh ho," she giggled, throwing an arm around me. "What did he do now?"

"I met Arabella."

"Oh shit." Lucian whistled, adding to my annoy
