Josephine walked around the garden with deep frown knitting on her forehead. There was only worry that filled her heart also self hatred and guilt.

After Rose's disappearance, Dominic had came back alone with Rose on his arm. The man hurried to bring her to his room and tend to her wound, this was everything Josie heard from the servants.

They mentioned there was a lot of blood covering Rose. Since her little sister was younger, Josie recalled how Rose could easily caught illness. She was born with a weak constitution and she couldn't imagine how much pain Rose was going through now.

It made her to reflect on all her doings. Even though she was fueled with jealousy that her sight was clouded, Josie was taught with kindness by her parents.
