Forty-two
It's the start of a new term. Ethan hasn't got himself enrolled yet, and for the past few days, he's done nothing but slacks off and enjoys the time while there isn't class yet. The new year that he celebrated with Chad, Chelsea, and Yohan had ended. They went home after that day. Although, he still doesn't know how to react to what Chad tells him.
"It was still a fresh breakup, Chad," Ethan said that day.
"I'll still wait. I always will."
He also hasn't talked to Chrystyn yet, nor given her any message. He didn't receive a message from Chrystyn either. But he's sure that they are still friends up to this point. Friends do ignore each other at some point, right?
Still, he gave Chrystyn a message. The schedule of enrollment has already started, and today's the last day. He wanted to ask Chrystyn if she had herself enrolled already or if she had been waiting for Ethan to text first as well.
He sent the message.
