Chapter Seventeen: The Walking Angel

While all was fine and well in Emerald it wasn't all sunshine and roses deep in the seas. One part of the sea world was in chaos. A certain sea witch who had some plans for world domination was very unhappy with how things had ended up. She didn't like that she wasn't in control anymore. And that all her years of hard work had become undone.
