Chapter 17 Fake Demigod

I thanked my survival instinct that prodded me to leap to the side as soon as the bear swiped its claws in my direction. I heard a loud crash of claw on metal and looked up as I finally stopped rolling.

The already dented control panel now lay on the snowy ground in chunks and pieces. Are bears supposed to be this powerful?!

The cub in Byron’s arms started to cry for its mother. The mother bear looked in their direction and started to climb over the satellite platform. 

This is not good. If this keeps up, there won’t be a satellite to fix, which means that we could potentially lose one of our sources of communication.

I ran towards my brother and grabbed the cub from his hands that made the cub cry. Byron looked at me in surprise but it did not fight me
