Chapter 79: It's Wrong

Nathalie's P. O. V.

"You called this home?" Kyrie asked with a disgusted look on his face.

"What did you say?!" I glared at him.

He smirked at me in a playful way before he opened the door to the backseat.

"Just kidding," he said while smirking at me.

I sighed in an exhausted way before I opened the trunk and took out our bags. I never knew he could joke around like that.

"Leave it, I'll take that in later." I heard Kyrie say in a loud voice while carrying Kiara in his arms.

I raised my eyebrows when I saw my daughter trying her best to avoid skin contact with Kyrie who noticed what she was doing, too. I walked towards them and the moment Kiara was able to reach me, she immediately moved to jump in my arms.

Kyrie and I looked at each other and I saw when he lost all his emotion in his face, but he remained calm when Kiara faced the house that's behind Kyrie.

"Mommy, let's go in. I want to play," Kiara said while pointing to the door. "Please?"
