A plan of their own

"I cannot believe he just did that. What are we going to do now?" Kairo is tensed and worried. He never thought that his grandfather whom he was really happy to find again would behave this way.

Kairo can understand where his grandfather's anger is coming from. It is coming from a part of his heart that still loves his daughter too much. The fact that Livi looks exactly like his daughter makes him even more protective of her.

On the other hand, Unlike Kairo, Alessandro is calm. He is relaxed and looking fondly at Livi. He is happy that she will be fine now. He is not bothered about Russell or his threat. He is eagerly waiting for Livi to open her eyes and talk to him. She is still looking pale, but she is breathing on her own now, which eases the tension off of him.

When Kairo noticed that Alessandro was not at all listening to him, he was confused.

"Alessandro? Are you even listening to me?" he asked with a confused frown.
