The council always meets in a seven star hotel. This time is no different either. They decided to meet in a seven star hotel which is owned by Luca.
As the issue is his, they all came here for the meeting. All the expenses of their stay and arrangements should be taken care by their outfit.
Luca ordered not to allow any commoner inside the hotel today. It's not safe for them in between so many mafia bosses.
