Chapter 17: Eliza's Confusion
Benjamin could not stay still for longer. Noah’s face itself infuriated him as he saw Eliza’s sorrow in it. He sprang from the corner he was hiding and charged towards Noah amidst the passing crowd of people.
He wanted to punch him right where it hurt to compensate what he had done to his girlfriend.
Just as he was about to get in his sight, he halted before he could do anything or get noticed by Noah.
His head lowered to the ground and bore a disappointing appearance to it. He did not seem too keen anymore to take his revenge on Noah. It seemed as if all the anger that was bottling up inside, vanished into the thin air.
His conscious mind stopped him to make him channel his emotions properly. It made him understand that physically harming Noah would not do any good but feed his ego. Eliza made him understand before that performing actions under the influence of your ego would never make
