Chapter 300

Every year, when Prince Deacon left for a few days for the higher council, Emily will not follow. When he did not return on his last visit, she got worried and went to find out what was up and if he was ok. Even though she was heartbroken that he found a mate again, she was happy for him. A bit cross about the way he went about it, but nonetheless she was glad that he had a fated mate. Word reached her a few weeks later that his mate Jessica was abducted, and she came to the rescue.
