How to treat a mental breakdown

"He's Araceli's fiancé," Amy dropped the bomb.

"Fuck."

Suddenly, everything became so much worse in the space of seconds.

"Araceli, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to snoop on your husband—" Ricky was apologizing when he got cut off by Amy.

"Fiancé, Ricky,"

"Fiancé!" Amy corrected, giving him a stern look.

"Sorry fiancé, I didn't mean to peep in on your fiancé phone, it was a honest mistake," Ricky apologized, but the look he was seeing on her face was awfully familiar, that's the look of PTSD he saw in his cousin's eyes when they met her at the hospital, they had to find a female doctor to treat her because she won't let a male doctor touch her.

"Araceli, I know we aren't really that close but, do you know this person they are talking about?" Ricky asked, cautiously.
