Chapter 74
Storm
Once I had told them we were going into town, the girl’s and I went about getting ready and once we were ready, we all made our way downstairs.
“Is everyone ready to go?” Liam asked.
We nodded at him, letting him know that we were, before making our way outside to get into the waiting SUV. We arrived in town after about twenty minutes of driving. We got out of the car and began exploring the little town with Liam shadowing our every move. Even though it was raining, I was having a great time exploring my new home.
The town was quite charming and the village type style of it was like something out of a Disney story. I loved it! The girls were excited as they each showed me their favourite places around town and regaled me with tales of their childhood and school days. Some stories had me cringing while others had me laughing out loud.

Alpha Doyle We pulled up and as I took in the situation before me, I was furious! I jumped out of the car, Sean right on my heels. Glancing over at him I noticed that he didn’t look happy about this situation either. I walked over to Lena and pulled her into my arms, holding her as I tried to calm my wolf down. Alpha Doyle Once I was inside the room, I walked up to the group of rogues and stopped about three feet away from them. I waited a moment before I asked, “Now tell me, what are you mutts doing in my territory?” One of the guys made the mistake of smart mouthing me by saying, “Nothing that concerns you, I want to talk to her,” while pointing at Lena. My wolf along with the male pack members who were present, let out a series of loud growls. Once we were in the lounge room, she gently pushed me onto the nearest lounge chair and jumped onto my lap. Storm Storm The next morning, we took a trip over to the university to collect our belongings from the campus. We had been away from the pack territory for about four hours in total. When we got back from the university, we unloaded the cars and each of us took our bags and belongings upstairs to our rooms and began to unpack. When we had all finished unpacking, we made our way downstairs to have lunch. I had been on edge ever since the problems with the rogues had begun. I know that Doyle had also put the pack on high alert and had increased the border protection as a security measure, by increasing patrols and the number of warriors on patrol at any time. Alpha Doyle I walked into the Alpha house after spending the entire morning dealing with Alpha business up at the pack house. The moment I entered the media room, I sat down beside Lena, dragging her onto my lap and dismissing Liam from his protection duties. Liam got up from the lounge and gave the girls and Lena a smile and a wave before he made his way out of the house. Storm The morning we were to fly out to Italy, we drove to Galway and caught Doyle’s private jet. It was an Embraer Lineage 1000E, and it was an extremely luxurious jet which he kept in a hanger there at the airport. He had his own flight crew and security who protected the plane, so no one tampered with it. We were flying out to Venice Marco Polo Airport, which was located six kilometres outside of Venice. The flight was going to take us about four-hours. Once we landed in Venice, we were going to be driving an hour and a half to Udine where the pack that was hosting the pack meeting was located. Their pack house was located twenty minutes on the outskirts of Udine in the country. On the plane with us, we had Sean, Liam, Leah, Julie, Lilly, Doyle, and me along with eight of Doyle’s best pack warriors. Storm After Sean had parked the car, I slowly got out of the car and took hold of Doyle’s hand. Right at this moment he was my strength. Looking at my father, I felt as though I was watching a train wreck or a murder that was about to happen.
