I could hear the sound of him moving and coming toward where I was and was aware of the fact that I had to act fast based on instinct. I did exactly that, moving away from the spot I was before he would see me.

Still In my mind as I made my way away i wondered who the person was and why he was here, he reminded me about someone that I couldn't quite place at the moment, the voice, the aura every single thing about him.

Somewhere in my mind I wished he was the one coming to get the door and not Steve.

From a corner where I was, I could see them at the door.

He stood there for a minute looking here and there but not seeing anyone, he was startled for a bit, I was certain for a minute that he thought it was Dennis as he had been the one acting in such a manner ever since.

For his part, Steve seemed oblivious to any voice or movement, I still saw trying to look one more time but seeing no one he walked back into the room.
