Chapter 5 - Gael

I’ve just started to get dressed when my wolf begins to go nuts in my head, making my heart feel like it’s going to pound out of its chest.

I’m getting ready to welcome a Marine back home. Hakeem Dhib. I remember him from high school. We weren’t friends, but I knew who he was. Always thought he was pretty hot, but I never made a move. I don’t like to shit where I eat, so I didn’t go after any of the wolves in my pack. It’s hard to get them to follow you if they’re pissed that your relationship didn’t go further.
