The car pulled up in front of Xavier's mansion and he got down, he took a deep breath as he stood outside staring at the mansion, he's been avoiding his parents for sometime now and that's been making him stay at the hotel instead of his home, but how long will he run.

He took in a deep breath before going inside, knowing his mother is bound to bombard him with different questions.

When Xavier got in, he heard loud chattering and laughter, he went to living room and saw his mother and father talking to young beautiful lady.

Xavier furrowed his brow as he wondered who the lady was.

His mother caught sight of him and she smiled. "Speak of the devil and he shall appear." She laughed.

Xavier literally scoffed when he heard that.

His mother stood up and went to meet him. "So. Are you done running?" She asked. Xavier frowned.

"What do you mean?"

"Haven't you been avoiding us? Isn't that the reason you haven't been coming home, rather you've been staying at the hotel."

"How did..." Xavier tr
