Scared

Charlotte had been so excited about prom and was even more excited because of who her date was. It was no other person than Xavier, in fact,she thought she was going to be dateless because no one had dared to ask her out. She was really beautiful and being beautiful wasn't the reason why no one had asked her out,the boys were all just too scared of her. That's all.She really didn't know the reason why though but she believed it had been because of Xavier.

Everyone knew they were best friends and their parents were really close so she believed she boys just assumed that maybe they were dating. Charlotte sighed, because she on the other hand never tried to correct them off that mindset because she had always had a crush on Xavier and had thought or should she say believed that Xavier also would have the same feelings also towards her. This was the very reason she got overly excited when Xavier had asked her out and he also had come to take her from her house to the prom.
