They jumped from their seats and ran toward us, surrounding us.

“Mummy, is it true? Are we going to LA?!” Aurora squealed, jumping to the highest as her hair bounced, with her hands on my lap.

“Yes, mummy! Let’s go! We’re going, aren’t we Auntie Carry?!” Dash was as excited as his sister.

Carissa turned to me since I was the one calling the shots over this. Hilda was once excited too but she didn’t seem to be very happy about it anymore.

“Well, I haven’t decided yet.”

Aurora tugged at my lap. “Let’s go, mummy! Pretty pretty pretty please!”

That cute face she made was not going to work on me.

“We never go anywhere because of Hilda!”

“Don’t say that about your sister, Dash,” I warned him.

‘So what do you say? Are they going?’ Carissa asked through a mind-link.

‘I don’t know…’

‘It’s going to be fun. I promise. Do it for the kids at least.’

‘But I need someone’s approval first.’

I called Hilda over and she slowly walked toward me, while Dash made a funny face at her.
