“Wow…” the kids exclaimed non-stop as Kane led us into the arena where the real magic was happening.

As soon as we stepped in—showing our tickets—a whole new view of vibrantly colored floats and costumes with massive parades at every location presented themselves. There was an abundance of food, and music and the hearty festivities taking place could change the moods of anyone.

Unusual traditional music was playing and we were at the end of the same lane where these skillful dancers were moving expertly, dressed in pulsating colors of white and yellow and headgear that was made out of different animal skins.

Indigenes of Moonstone were drumming, playing flutes, and dancing with the parade as the main entertainers displayed their complicated but astonishing dance steps that put everyone in awe.
