Dasha's POV

"Come with me!" she said, looking at both of us.

I was a little worried and suspicious of the middle-aged nurse, her face was also a little scary and pale. But somehow I seemed to feel a strong connection with her.

Usually we werewolves feel this bond when we meet other werewolves.

"Are you a nurse in this hospital?" asked Nicholas suddenly.

The middle-aged woman smiled as she opened the door to the hospital storeroom.

"You don't have to be afraid of me, can't you feel the strong bond between us?" The nurse asked instead.

"Yes, I'm a werewolf, just like you!" she said immediately, as if the nurse could read my and Nicholas' minds.

"Then what was your purpose in bringing us here all of a sudden, we don't even know each other," I said.

The woman did not answer, but immediately opened a white curtain that covered a worn chest.
