The Debate

Nicholas' POV

"What did you and Alpha Felix talk about?" I asked my father.

"I don't know. I have a dilemma. This request is too hard for me to accept!" he replied.

I wondered how difficult it would be for my father to accept Alpha Felix's request because, all this time, as a beta, he was supposed to obey all orders from the alpha, even if they were against his will.

I watched Alpha Felix walk back to his office in the main building. Occasionally, he looked at me, who was standing in the doorway, smiling.

Meanwhile, my father sipped the coffee served on the living room table, occasionally I saw him looking straight ahead at the picture frame of my little family.

The frame consists of my father, mother, and me when I was seven.

"Do you remember Eva from Full Moon Pack?" My father suddenly asked, having noticed that I was sitting beside him.

"Dasha's best friend?" I asked back to make sure.

He nodded.

"In my opinion, you are better suited for her. You can become an Alpha immediately if
