Chapter 41

Early in the morning and Kendal hears loud screaming from downstairs. What the heck is going on? She was busy all night looking for Brieanna like the past few weeks that had passed. With their aunt Mary's voice ringing in her ear, she can't go back to sleep.

Groaning, she snapped her eyes open, sitting up. She glances at the time and it says seven twenty six. It wasn't that early like she hoped. As she stands up, she stretches then walk out of her door to downstairs. 

Her aunt Mary was on the phone, her grandmother was having her tea like most morning. Choosing between an old maid who never married and her grandmother, she went to sit closer to grandma.

"Good morning, grandma," she greeted, kissing on her grandmother's cheek. Then she glances at her aunt. "Morning, aunt Mary." 

"Good morning, dear!"
