Eric didn’t wake up until it was evening. When he woke, he found Ruby ingesting some herbs. He saw her taking some of those herbs yesterday too. “What is that?” asked Eric. He grabbed her hand and there was a distinguishing scent of smell on her.

Startled Ruby tried to swallow the herbs.

Eric pulled her to him and forced her mouth open. He pulled the herbs from her mouth.

“So, it’s this type of herbs huh?” growl Eric. He threw the herbs on the ground and stomped on it.

Ruby gasped in shock. “What-What are you doing?”

“How long have you been taking them?” asked Eric. He had a deadly stare at her.

“What-What?"

"How long have you been taking these?"

Ruby didn't answer him.

He pulled her to him and said, "I'm not going to ask you again."

"Just-Just now," stutter Ruby.

He pushed her away from him.

"It's just herbs, what is there for you to be angry about."

"So, this is why."

"Why what?"

"This is why you haven't gotten pregnant."

"What?"

"At first I thought it was me. Maybe I
