Chapter 26: She's Fire

Eva POV

I was like a dead body walking over the hill in the dark woods without even turning on the flashlight. A few thorns did hit my face and my blood soaked clothes got even wetter with my sweat and some scratches releasing blood. My face was definitely oily and it weared out. My swolen eyes had nothing else but heat evaporating off my tears.

I couldn't understand how things went so wrong and my mind was completely numb to figure things out. My mother died when I was eight and my father was loyal to killer family. I just slept with the son of my mother's killer and unfortunately fell in love with him. However, just like his murderer father, his intentions were just to use me. My entire world just turned upside down and I had no point of going back to the world where I used to live.
