25 - Unsaid Words

Victoria's POV

Slightly feeling a bit of a headache, I still forced myself to open my eyes. Only to see my twin brother by my side, sleeping while his hand is on mine. I slowly turned my head and was trying to sit up, but while doing so, Victor raised his head and was shocked to see me awake.

"Tori!" His eyes almost literally bulged out of their sockets as he opened his arms and hugged me tight, so tight that I could not breathe.

"I scared you, didn't I?" I asked, a bit guilty that he was in this sorry state. A disheveled Victor Schultz is the last thing that I would ever expect from my twin brother. He is just stoic and quite rigid, which is why seeing him lose his composure is a refreshing sight to see. I cannot count the times when he was just being so arrogant for those days that he won tons of our silly and mostly petty bets. Although I cannot fully judge nor blame him, as I was the same too, arrogant and naive.
