Katie’s POV

"Geez, brother you are being so overly dramatic! Katie can protect herself!” Tori complained with her arms crossed.

“Pfft. But Tori, you were the one who had to be comforted by the time everything sank in that Katie was..well, abducted by our aunt.” Rori snitched out, which earned him a punch from Tori. “Hey! Shut up!”

I giggled at the sight of them still arguing over small things and turned around to see the Western Lands. It had an obvious thick barrier that even had signage saying, ‘Keep out!’. Such simple words, but the impact they have is oozing with hostility.

“Celeste would wander for at least a year or two in there,” Vlad chuckled. Quite happy that he won’t be seeing his aunt for quite some time. I looked at him and asked, “Really? Why is that? I mean, Celeste did explain something like a permission from the Duke but I thought they had some sort of agreement?”

"Yeah, and that is obviously you. Without you, the duke’s anger wouldn’t be satiated. Thus leads to Celest
