IRIS

I found myself at my workplace, sulking and regretting why I had to come out early. Truth was that I wanted to forget about what happened last night. I thought the alpha and I had already settled our differences but as he did the last time, he left without prior warning and with a squeezed face.

I was trying to assemble tea and toasted bread for a customer when I was approached by one of my colleagues whom I never wanted to see; Anderson.

His ugly face just had to add more sorrow to my already sorrowful day. Even if I had a chance of a happy day earlier, I was pretty sure that chance had slimmed down to zero.
