Chapter LII

A towering purple mist was already surrounding him, making it hard to see what was in front or behind him and it also felt like his eyes were burning from it. It was also getting harder to breathe as he could feel the smoke stinging every part of his chest. If he was not draconian, he was sure he’d be dead by now from all the poison that was inside him.

He gripped his sword firmly since it was already covered in a mix of red and green sludge making it harder for him to cut. He never thought that scouting within these grounds would bring him pleasure, making his blood rush since almost all of the monsters were quite formidable, even the small, innocent-looking ones. A blessing that seems to have come at the right time.

As of now the nest that he was in was the last dangerous place within that area, if it gets cleared out they would be able to sleep well tonight, needing only to worry about the changing weather.
