[NARRATOR] ANIKA was restless in her seat. Jaz was occupying her mind. She constantly looked at her watch, waiting for the following subject to talk to Jaz. The professor noticed Anika was not focusing on the lesson, so she was put on the spot. "Ms. Hodgens, can you answer problem number one from the board?" it said seriously. Her subject is Calculus 1 today, whereas Jaz is on a different schedule because she enrolled late.
