CHAPTER SIXTY THREE.

“Did you see anyone follow me?” She asked in a scared tone and Bruno was taken aback. What could have made her so scared in just a short amount of time?”

“Are you okay?”

“Did you see anyone come into the building with me?” Vanessa yelled again, she could feel the fear in her heart as it thumped fast against her rib cage.

“This is a big company, Nessa. Everyone and anyone can come and go. It is not limited to only one person at a time”

“That bastard” she muttered under her breath before slumping on one of the chairs, “please can I have a glass of water?”

“Sure” Bruno was not sure what was wrong with her but he could see she was clearly worried and decided to leave her alone.

After a while Bruno came came back with the water and handed it to her before trying to leave but she called him back.

“Can you tell Mrs Hernandez that I have to leave for something important but I will be at her house later in the evening”

After that, she handed him the glass cup before sauntering out of the office
