TWO WEEKS LATER.

I picked up my phone carefully from the nightstand beside the bed and smacked my tongue as I read Emerald’s message.

“Are you ignoring me?!”

Over the last few days, Emerald had kept sending me messages telling me that we should meet and threats too. She kept threatening to ruin me and do other things to me which I did not take to heart at all.

I exhaled when another message entered again and then returned my phone to the nightstand before I lay in beg again.

It’s been a week and a few days since I have been released from the hospital and had been getting better. The cast around my right arm has been removed, remaining the one around my shoulder.

I had not seen Kira around and when I asked of her from Daniel, he only brushed aside my words by bringing up something else.

I exhaled when my phone rang and then closed my eyes shut. I was in no mood to talk to Emerald and that was going to remain as that.

After a while that the call had ended, my pho
