“What do you mean?” Liam asked with a furrowed brows.

It was past midnight already and everyone was still awake. Daniel had settled on the floor, looking like it was the end of the world for him.

Heck. It indeed was!

He had loved his woman so much that she had become his weakness as much as she was his strength.

“We ran a check on the car, it is not registered under any company. The plate number is not registered under any of the taxi’s associations,” one of the men said.

“How is that possible?” Liam asked.

“We have no idea, sir. We tried to narrow the car’s path but we ended up losing it as other cars that looked like the car were mixed up with it.”

Daniel heard and he stood up from where he sat. “What are you saying?”

“I’m sorry, sir,” Alfred bowed.

“There is no lead on her and the cab, is that what you’re saying?” He asked and Alfred bowed again.

“Run a thorough check on the plate number again. I refuse to believe what you are saying,” Liam said and turned to face Dani

No, I don't, but Sap is pregnant and always a bit naive. That's why she reacts even more emotional than others. I wish she told Daniel eveything.
