ENGAGED

Not knowing what the next sunrise would bring to her way, Lala slept comfortably on the couch in the same room with her mother. She was woken up by a creaking door when her mother was leaving the room.

"Strange! She didn't wake me up when she was going to take a bath."she wondered as she jumped from the couch and headed to the bathroom where she found Heron who seemed like he was fixing something in there.

"Oh you're here!"he said when he noticed her presence in the room.

"I... I didn't know you were in here. Mother forgot to inform me."she hurried to say.

"It's okay ma'am. You don't need to be sorry and I think you should stop being formal with me. We're going to be in laws soon."

"You're right about that. Anyway let me leave you. I'll come once you're done fixing that."

"Oh no no no... I mean it's already working. I guess I'm done. You can take a bath. Sorry."he said and left.
