Chapter 74: Ready

The vacation is finally over and Fern is back in Singapore. I also accompanied him to the airport until he was out of my sight. It was a relief and overwhelming when he just wanted to see and bond with me here in the Philippines when he came back. That was his priority and he proved it to me by spending his time with me at the beach the whole Christmas vacation.

I went back to class this January and as I expected, the rumors about me are still not fading. They continue to spread. I followed Fern's advice to just ignore all those who insulted me and just let it pass but ... I still haven't stopped texting and chatting Sera. I explained myself through it but I didn't get at least a single reply. I know I'm really hopeless and desperate but I want to express myself to her that I didn't use her and her family just for my own benefit. I really love her and her family.

But then, once when I was composing a message again and I sent it afterwards, I found my sim can no lon
