Jesse's P.O.V.
"Cas." I moaned his name as he pushed me against the tree beside the tavern. I had us hidden away in the shadows. I felt him smile as he kissed my neck.
"I like hearing my name leave your lips, sexy." He whispered into my neck, before he licked it. "Tell me what you want? I'll give it to you."
His voice was so seductive and his touches were turning me on. My body didn't crave his skin the same way it craves Damon's, but I was just fine with that. He was skilled, even if the feelings he brought from me weren't as intense as the ones Liam brought out of me. I don't need intense right now. I need simple, easy, comforting, and that's what Cas is.

Augustus’ P.O.V.Ares disappeared before us, giving me the alone time I needed with Nova. I’ll need to apologize to him for yelling. The worry just ate at me and I snapped. I need to get better. I couldn’t let Nova go. My heart had shattered thinking she was dying. When Ares said he couldn’t see her future anymore, I was so sure she had died on me. I can’t let her go. Jesse's P.O.V. "I knew I would find you here." Damon's voice froze me at my door. He had the audacity to come to my house. "Who'd you fu.ck Jesse?" He was livid and, for the first time, I think I was actually scared. He was faster than I expected. His hand was firm around my neck, squeezing tightly. I tried to swallow, but could barely do that. Jesse's P.O.V. I saw Andy making her way to Ares across the field. The wind carried her hair as if the breeze was made just to make her look better. Her pale skin contrasted against that dark raven hair with those piercing sky-blue eyes that could melt you away. She smiled as she reached Ares, hugging him. Ares' P.O.V. I have decided, since Andy started enacting her plan today, that I would do the same. I set things up for Damon throughout the day to make his life hell. I used my future visions to ensure that he'd have the worst and most embarrassing day. I don't know who he thinks he is to hurt Jesse like this, but he's got hell to pay. Jesse has so many strong people in her corner. I am glad Jesse has Cas right now, because she needs it. I know she'll end up pulling away from him the further he pulls towards her.
