Stepping out of the bathroom I walked directly to the front of the mirror with my towel tied to my waist , I stared at my abs and damn!!i was dripping fucking wet!

I got a hold of my dryer and dried my hair, this time am gonna be styling my hair in a more different way

I want people to fall to my feet, cause it gladdens my heart to see people tripping

Staring at my reflection for the last time I took my suit and wore it on top of my T-shirt

I walked out of my room and descended the spacious stairs after which I had wore my shoe

Getting to the sitting room I met Liam in the sitting room with mum, Looked like they were both, enjoying each other's company, and with the look of things Liam doesn't seem like someone who wants to go to work

“Good morning mum, Good morning Liam”, I greeted and they both responded in their sweet voice

“ Hey, dude, what's up? why are you looking this demi? ”

He asked and I giggled

“Well, my company and Mr wilstons company will become partners in business, so I have chosen to dress this nice and let all the ladies trip for me like they use to” I replied, and he giggled

“How is everything with you and Stephenie” mum questioned and I rolled my eyes

“Oh please mum! spare me all the long talk, I told you before now that I don't want to have anything to do with that lady”

“Why son? isn't she good for your status?” she inquired and I scoffed

“Look, mum! I think it will be best if you don't bother disturbing me cause right about now, I am no longer in the good mood that I was five minutes ago” I replied and got a hold of my briefcase

“What's wrong son, won't you at least have your breakfast,” she asked and I turned to stare at her

“If my stomach meant a lot to you, you won't have bothered to bring something as disgusting as Stephanie” I replied and she sighed

“Am sorry son, I just want what's best for you” she said and I scoffed

“Best you said huh? if you want the best Then just let me be. when it's time for me to get married I will and no one will ask me to, I will take my leave” I said and she sighed while Liam sat down with his leg crossed and his face glued to his phone He has never supported the idea of me marrying Stephanie and for that, I have been grateful

Stepping into the compound, I strode to my land cruiser and hopped into it angrily

Mum has always looked for ways to get me upset! what insolence!

I can't believe my mum has turned into a beast because of that lady

“How dare you talk to me that way?” I questioned and she laughed

“Who the hell do you think you are, you almost knot me down because your car was at a high speed and here you are bluffing instead of apologizing” she shouted back like she own the word, and damn! It was the hight of it all

“I won't stand here and watch you say to me whatever it is that comes out of your mouth”

“I am Mr emerald John and I don't take shit from anybody” I threatened and she laughed

“That doesn't matter, I will take justice for my right and I dare you to do the same”she said and I laughed angrily

I stared at my time and it was almost 9

I took a photo of her and sent it to the police

“Expect the police, you are too small to threaten me,” I said she laughed

“You can't do me shit,” she said walking out of the road to her car and I hopped into my car

“What a distraction” I huffed angrily and continue driving

I knew I was wrong but nobody has the right to challenge me I don't care if she is rich cause it seems so, I will make sure she rots In jail I promise

I drove to the compound and there I parked my car neatly in the parking lot

Stepping out of my car all the girls kept staring at me and yeah I knew there were already crushing on me some kept falling on their friends and there I giggled to myself

I walked into the office and took the elevator to the 3rd floor

Stepping out of the elevator I remembered that I left my file in the car

“Damn!! Can today be any better” I walked closer to the elevator and realized someone was there

Stepping out of the elevator was a young beautiful lady in her mid 20, her deep blue eyes pierced into mine, and damn! I must admit that she is good looking

Cause no one has caught my gaze like this in a very long time

She worked majestically out of the elevator with her shoulder held up high like that of a princess

With the look of things she wasn't even staring at me and that got me angry

I just want all attention to be on me and without hesitation, I walked into the elevator.
