FLIPPING THE PAGES

It was like a roller coaster ride. When you are on the top, it feels like heaven and when you’re quickly going down, it feels like your intestines were being dug out from your stomach.

Life isn’t always full of ups – it also has it downs that makes people wanted to do things they normally wouldn’t do. That was how it was for Rosine Vista. 

She was never the most beautiful woman in her grade when she was a young girl, nor the smartest in the class. She was always in the corner. What was only striking on her was her dull hair. She was born with neither a brown nor black hair. 

As the years passed, her hair gradually turned to a dull blonde until only its roots were a gradient of dull brown to dull black. 

‘Dull’ was always her nickname – not until she met him on an alley one day, when the rain was pouring heavily from the heaven.
