The next day I saw her sitting at some tables in the parking lot of the school, she was alone.

I arrived and told her:

—Do you need my support?

—No, I don't need your help, thanks anyway.

—Why do you have to be so difficult?

—I just told you I don't need your help, you should worry more about doing your school activities.

—I do my homework, I saw you sitting here making the poster board and wanted to see if I could help. That's all, you don't have to get all defensive with me.

—I'm not being defensive, I want to finish my homework without any distractions.

Just then a friend of hers "Camila" arrives and says.

—Eva hurry up, in 15 minutes we have to present and we need the poster, I'll be in the room waiting for you.

That was my moment, I still had to highlight the letters and finish coloring some drawings, so I told her:

—Eva, hurry up. I think you do need help because in 15 minutes you are not going to be able to do the poster by yourself or are you?

She looked at me with a "I hate you" look on her face and then said.

—Okay, but that doesn't mean anything.

—I'm going to help you finish the poster.

—Hateful?

—Yes.

—I'm not a hater and now shut up and grab a color so you can start coloring.

In 10 minutes we finished the homework and she went to the classroom to exhibit, I only helped her draw, but that's where you start.

After that I went home because it was already three o'clock in the afternoon and my mother was waiting for me.

When I got home my mom asked me

—Samuel, if you leave school at 11:30 why are you coming home at 3:00 in the afternoon?

I want to know what you do in all that time.

- All right, I'm going to tell you the truth, I'm interested in a girl who studies in the afternoon, and for that reason I stay until 3:00 pm.

— Are you in love?

—Yes, mom.

—And that girl corresponds to you?

—I know she has feelings for me, but they already told her at school that I have a reputation as a womanizer and that I am most likely a womanizer and that most likely it's just a whim for me.

—If you are so in love, show her that you are not like they say and that you can be the boy she deserves.

My mother's words were all I needed, they were my motivation.

—I will fight for Eva mom, I promise.

— Let's see and tell me more or less, what does she look like?

—She's a little shorter than me, she has long dark brown hair. She is white, her brown eyes, in the sun they look honey colored, small freckles, her smile mom is perfect, she should be a Colgate model, her hands are so delicate, very nice body and her way of being and acting is so unique.

—You detailed her to perfection and your eyes sparkle.

—Yes?

—Fight for her and don't make her lose interest in you.

Tll my life I knew that advice from mothers is the best, but what my mom said to me that day touched my heart.

She had already given me permission to stay for an hour or two after I got out of school.

That meant I no longer had any obstacles to try to win her over.

That day was Friday, so the next day I wasn't going to see her because there was no school until Monday.

I spent the whole weekend thinking about what I was going to do to get her to stop being so dry and cold to me. I went on F******k as usual and saw a post she shared, it was coffee cookies and it said "I have an addiction" and I thought I could buy her some for her so she could see that I do care about her.

Finally the long awaited Monday came and I saw her, I realized that for some reason I didn't know she had let her guard down with me.

I asked her if she had no problem with accompanying me to the school canteen and she agreed.

When we got there, he got talking to a girl and I bought him the coffee cookies that were his addiction, according to the F******k post, hid them and told her.

—Ready now, let's go.

—What did you do.

I stood in front of her and gave her the coffee cookies, at first it made me laugh because she was red as a tomato and then she said.

—I don't accept anything from anyone, so I can't accept them.

—If they are your favorite, do you feel sorry for it?

—Yes, yes I feel sorry for it and I won't accept the gift.

—Ha, ha, ha, ha.

I grabbed his hand, opened it, put the cookies and walked away so he wouldn't give them back to me and after 1 minute he said.

—Thank you, I really love them.

— I know, that's why I bought them.

— How did you know I love them?

— I'm starting to notice the things you like.

—That was nice of you.

Mission accomplished, my guard was down, interest in me was back and that meant "opportunity".

That day we were together for quite a while, I'd say about an hour and a half, we talked about the things we liked and the things we liked.

What made us feel good and what didn't. Each one of us had a different opinion. Every minute more in love with Eva, after spending time with her I left happy, the next day I was going to see her again.

When I got home, I changed my clothes, ate and went to the nearby court. I spent an hour or two playing basketball with some friends and then I left, showered again and had dinner.

Before going to sleep I wanted to good night message her, so I did and she just let in view me. It was obvious that something was going on and I was starting to worry, but I went to sleep peacefully because the next day I would see her and we were going to talk.
