Chapter 53: Do I Love Him

Lessanna's POV:

"Good morning!" Franz greeted me warmly when I came out of my room.

"Good morning." I greeted him back. It's embarrassing if I'm going to be cursed, isn't it? I'm here at their house so I have to be kind.

"Are you nervous?" he asked me so the left side of my eyebrow was raised.

"Why would I be nervous?" I raised my eyebrows at him.

"I'm just asking because you'll be meeting my father now, right?" he said. I just rolled my eyes.

"There's nothing to be nervous about, I don't care what your Dad thinks of me. I don't love you." I said calmly before I turned my back on him.

I saw the sudden change in his aura. Maybe he got offended to what I said. Even though I knew he was offended I didn’t apologize. I was right. I don't care if her Dad accepts me or not.

After Franz and I had talked earlier, he never spoke again. I can feel that he's really upset to what happened earlier, but it's not my fault. It's his fault for being offended.
