It was not until late afternoon that Nancy left the stable, she had spent the whole day there with nothing to eat. Paying deaf ears to Phil's endless plea for her to go and eat something. But food had been the least on her mind then, a little jubilation for her victory with Derek and the fact that she had successfully made her own decision against all odds killed whatever domestic hunger she felt at the time.
