If anyone told me there would come a time and day for me to love someone who wasn't my mate, I wouldn't have believed them.
In my eyes, the mate-bond is sacred. But I was wrong about how the mate-bond works. I thought the mate-bond made you incapable of loving anyone else other than your mate, and yet, I'm far gone when I peer down at the woman in my hands.
It amazes me how such a tiny little thing can make my insides burn, cry and beg for her touch. The intensity of my emotions is like nothing I've ever felt before.
