"You seem really happy." Hunter said, as we sat down for therapy that evening.
Even though we were an item in the outside world. In this room Hunter was always the professional, so we compartmentalized our feelings so we could do focus on therapy.

Louise had been lazily stroking himself, his gaze fixed on the green light emitted by the microwave timer. It had been hours since he last saw his owners, but now it was night and he was hungry.
