Logan Rivera Everyone!

Ariana's POV

4:00 pm ...

At home ...

"Good Afternoon Ma'am" the helps greeted as they stopped what they were doing to bow respectfully to me as I walked in.

I didn't even bother to look at them as I just kept on walking towards the entrance , I rolled my eyes as Presley responded to all of their greetings.

"Sweetheart" Mom cooed immediately as I walked into the living room as she stretched her hands out to me , a huge sincere smile spread across my face as I walked into her arms.

"We watched you on TV today , you did amazing" she whispered as we disengaged.

"I'm sure your father is very proud of you because I am " she added and I looked up at her

"Did he say that?!"

"We haven't talked today , but I know he is " she whispered and I nodded.

"Thank you so much Mom , for everything " I said and pulled her into a hug again.

"It's okay sweetheart, that's what Moms are for " she said with a small smile.

"I love you Mom!"

"I love you too sweetheart " she replied.

"Alright go on now and freshen up, then come down for lunch I made your favourite " she said and I nodded with a smile and finally headed upstairs.

Laura Bennett wasn't just my mum , she was my hero , and whatever thing I became today I owe it to her consistent support.

Immediately I got inside my room , I sat in front of the mirror as I began to take off my jewelry , my eyes suddenly met my face in the mirror and that was enough to take me down memory lane .

My mind slowly went back to how I used to look like before , and how Mom paid for my surgery to get me this new look.

My hands slowly traced my face as a small smile spread across my face , when I was smaller I didn't really appreciate the face change but growing up I began to realize how much it meant .

Nothing can link me to the past again, with this new face I'm a whole new person.

I stared down at the bracelet in my hands , even if the face change narrowed my chances of ever seeing Logan again , I'm pretty sure we have a connection deeper than that and the magic of genuine friendship in this bracelet will lead us back to each other.

This Logan's gift to me was the only thing from my past that i didn't abandon in the attic, after all he did for me he didn't deserve to be forgotten.

Logan's POV

Somewhere in Vancouver....

"Here comes my hardworking son" my dad whispered and I greeted him with a smile .

"Hi Abuelita" I greeted as I walked up to her and bent to peck her cheeks.

"Hmm Papito " she groaned delightfully with a smile as she continued with what she was knitting.

"Where's Phoebe ?!" I asked.

"In her room "

"So how was work today?!" Dad asked and I gave him a slight nod as I took off my back and placed it carefully on a chair.

"Good , Same old " I replied and he nodded , curled his right hand in a fist and hit it softly on his chest.

"I can see a brighter future for you , just hang in there " he whispered and I nodded , taking a slice of bread off the table.

"I know, " I whispered.

I studied Culinary arts in school in a bid to become a renowned and famous chef. I had the skill and I had the passion, clearly that wasn't all it takes or probably it is but I just haven't gotten there yet.

I ended up working shift hours in a coffee job, but my dad is still very much positive about me becoming the head chef of a big place or even bigger ; owning my own place.

I still hoped I could have those though, but not as strongly as he hopes.

"I'll just go in and get changed " I said as I stood up, took my bag and headed towards my room.

Just before I got to my room I knocked on Phoebe's door , slowly opened it and peeped in.

"Hey" I whispered and she slowly looked up to look at me through the mirror on her vanity table.

"Bro, you're back " she said immediately she saw me and I opened the door fully and walked in.

I walked towards her bed and sat on it. Her room was a typical girlish room. It was the only fully furnished and beautiful room in the house , obviously she was the only girl who got all the love and pampering.

Phoebe had no idea I wasn't her biological brother , all thanks to Dad he never gave me or her any reason to feel like we weren't actually related.

She slowly turned her chair to face me with a smile on her face.

"My brother is so handsome come onnn" she hyped as she always does and my lips stretched in a smile.

"Don't humor me Phoebe " I said to her and she nodded with a small laugh.

"Today's work was kind of stressful" I added and she stood up and came to sit beside me on the bed, she slowly raised her hands and slowly caressed my hair.

"Sorry" she whispered.

"Do you want a message?!" She added

"Yes please" I whispered.

"Then you should get married to Olivia quickly so you can get free massages " she replied immediately as she stood up and walked back to sit in her initial position.

"Oh really?!"

"Yes really!" She replied and we both bursted out laughing.

I knew Phoebe to be the always joking type. I wonder why I fell for her tricks today.

"So when are you going back to school?" I asked as our laughter subsided.

She is twenty and still in her first year at the university , she only came home for a few days to visit before she finally comes home for the end of the first semester holiday.

"Sunday afternoon" she replied and I nodded slowly.

"Make sure you see me before you leave, I have something for you" I said and she nodded with a smile.

"Ofcourse, I'll see you" she replied and I shook my head with a small smile before I finally walked out of her room.

I walked into my room just opposite hers and sat heavily on the bed as I exhaled deeply and began to take off my shirt.

Immediately I was done. I opened my top drawer and carefully brought out the picture frame in it as I stared at it fondly.

"I miss you so much Mother , Father " I whispered.

"I just want you to know , I won't stop until I find the people who did this to you !"
